This grant is named after the late Norman A. Lockman, former Managing Editor and columnist for the Delaware News Journal and  a Pulitzer Prize winning reporter, because of his leadership and creativity in the Gridiron organization since its inception.  

The NALEAGP arts grant is a program to assist organizations in Delaware who have demonstrated a sincere interest in and commitment to the visual and performing arts.
